Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make a simple and secure return by following the instructions below.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can request a return within 14 working days from the delivery date of the order.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be:
• intact
• unused
• unopened
• in their original packaging
• accompanied by any samples or gifts received with the order
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN
1) Send an e-mail to resi@ilaire.it including:
• Order number
• Product code(s) of the item(s) to be returned
• Reason for the return
• (In case of cash on delivery payment) IBAN for the refund via bank transfer
2) Wait for our Customer Service response
You will receive an email with:
• The outcome of your request
• Shipping instructions
(The label is not prepaid: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.)
3) Fill out and include the return form in the package
Download the return form here and place it inside the package together with the products.
4) Prepare the products properly
See the section: How to prepare products for return.
5) Ship the package
The package must be sent exclusively to the following address:
Logic Service, Via Guardia del Consiglio 15, Galeazzo Serravalle, RSM

The shipment must be trackable. ILAIRE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transport.
6) Wait for the refund
Once the return has been received and the products verified, we will issue a refund within 14 working days.
• If you paid by card or PayPal, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• If you paid cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
HOW TO PREPARE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN
To ensure quick processing and avoid damage during transport, please prepare your package by following these steps:
1) Choose suitable packaging
Use a sturdy box appropriate for the size of the products. If the original packaging is still intact, we recommend reusing it.
2) Carefully protect the products
Make sure each product is intact and in its original packaging.
3) Insert the completed return form
This is essential to correctly identify your order and speed up the procedure.
4) Seal your package well
Use strong adhesive tape to prevent accidental openings during transport.
5) Apply the shipping label
Place it clearly and visibly, without covering other important information.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Returns without a completed form will not be accepted.
• Opened, used or damaged products will not be accepted.
• Any gifts received with the order must be returned.
• ILAIRE is not responsible for any losses caused by the courier chosen by the customer.
